Who we are
We are a family owned small boutique hotel in the beautiful Museum Quarter of Amsterdam and housing 35 lovely (recently renovated) rooms, a classy lobby and beautiful courtyard. With our convenient location and solid team, we always provide an excellent service to culture lovers and travellers from around the world. We are not just selling rooms, but giving an experience with it.

Who are we looking for?
A front-desk operator who can represent the welcoming face of our hotel. Someone who is a true host, knowledgeable and able to control on-going processes at any moment. Valuable skills are also;
- being a fast learner
- having excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- perform under stressful situations and think out-of-the-box
- likes a challenge
- Thinking in solutions & possibilities

Taks description
Your standard tasks are check-in, check-outs, providing information, handle reservations, accepting payments, e-mail -and phone assistance, solve problems, basic administrative tasks, customer relations. And further, you will also have the opportunity to learn and practice the basics of pricing and optimization as you evolve further into your position to become a valuable receptionist all-round.
