The Position:

• We are looking for an all-round BIM Modeler with experience in the production of BIM models in accordance with strict BIM Execution Plans.
• Experience in conducting clash detection analysis and coordination reporting is extremely beneficial.
• We are looking for skills in the production of drawings and schedules through the BIM model using complex, non-standard geometries.
• Collaborating with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure the integration and alignment of various project elements within the BIM model.
• Generating comprehensive documentation from the models, including plans, sections, elevations, and detailed drawings, to support construction and design processes.
• Continuously updating the BIM model to reflect any changes in design or construction processes, ensuring it remains an accurate reference throughout the project lifecycle.
• Working closely with project teams to facilitate effective communication and collaboration, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned and informed.

• The Requirements:
  A Bachelor degree in architecture (a Masters degree is a plus).
• Minimum 3-5 Years of experience in architectural design and BIM.
• Proficiency in Revit is a must.
• Experience within in large, scale international, geometrically-complex projects is a must.
• In-depth knowledge of Revit, NavisWorks, Dynamo and other BIM tools. Candidates with experience with Rhino.Inside, MKS Beam and other Rhino/Revit interoperability workflow tools are preferred.
• A good understanding of construction industry regulations and standards with regards to interior design and architecture.
• Goal-oriented, independent and proactive.
• A passion for BIM and how it can be used to push the productivity of those who work in design and construction.
• Fluent in English (speaking, writing and reading). Good knowledge of Arabic both spoken and written is a plus.
