The Role

What You'll Be Doing

• Mixing Magic: Create a variety of beverages, from classic cocktails to innovative drinks inspired by Japanese flavors.
• Guest Engagement: Build rapport with guests, offering recommendations and sharing stories behind our signature concoctions.
• Bar Brilliance: Maintain a pristine and well-organized bar area, ensuring all equipment is in tip-top shape.
• Inventory Innovator: Manage stock levels, place orders for supplies, and keep track of inventory with meticulous attention.
• Team Synergy: Collaborate seamlessly with our kitchen and floor staff to ensure a harmonious service flow.
• Trendsetting: Stay ahead of industry trends and bring fresh ideas to our beverage offerings.

What We're Looking For

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years behind the bar in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge: A solid grasp of spirits, wines, beers, and especially cocktails—bonus points for familiarity with Asian liquors!
• Personality: Outgoing, friendly, and genuinely passionate about providing exceptional guest experiences.
• Communication: Fluent in English or Dutch; any additional languages are a plus.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays—because that's when the fun happens!
