The location of NH Atlanta Rotterdam is appealing to our guests, the hotel is conveniently located in the middle of the Coolsingel in the heart of Rotterdam. What are you going to do?
In this position you are responsible for the operational management of the Front Office Team. You report directly to the Front Office Manager and when he/she is not present, you bear the final responsibility for the department. You ensure good communication within your own department, as well as with the other departments; together you are stronger. You are jointly responsible for making the schedules and the administrative tasks of the Front Office department. You lead your department with positive energy every day and you enjoy coaching your team members.
