Your role & influence as Director Infrastructure & Support interesting

Responsibility: You will be given responsibility for leading the work and strategic direction of our European IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless operations, driving cloud adoption, and fostering collaboration across international teams to align technology with business growth.

Collaboration: Together with your team, you take care of building a stable, scalable, and future-ready IT infrastructure. You'll work closely not only with your immediate team members but also with Tech leadership, Security & CISO, Digital Innovation, Business Relationship Management, and Data Analytics to drive strategic transformation and ensure seamless operations.

Core activities:

  • Driving the strategic transformation from on-prem to cloud.
  • Fostering cross-functional collaboration to align IT infrastructure with business goals.
  • Mentoring and developing a high-performing, European distributed team.
  • Evaluating and adopting emerging technologies to ensure the IT infrastructure stays ahead of industry trends.
  • Managing vendor relationships and technology partnerships to optimise service delivery and cost efficiency.

Additionally, it's important that:

  • You have a bachelor's or master's degree, or equivalent professional experience.
  • You have experience with harmonising infrastructure solutions, driving strategic IT initiatives, and collaborating with CISO and Security teams to enhance cybersecurity practices.
  • You have at least 3 years experience of leading managers.
  • You possess strong technical skills in cloud transformation (Azure), IT infrastructure management, automation, and risk mitigation within a complex organisational environment.
  • Several years experience from a similar position in meritorious.
