Customer Service Agent
orders – logistics – customer contact

Your Function

Do you put the customer first? And do you get energy from helping and solving customer problems? Then you are the Customer Service Agent we are looking for in Eindhoven. You will work 2 days a week from the office in Eindhoven, the other days you will have the option to work from home.

• Provide professional customer support
• Intake of orders and taking care of the input
• You carefully read the request and/or tender and ensure a complete file that meets the required conditions. You are precise in order to eliminate possible errors
• In case of incomplete information, you proactively search for and contact the appropriate persons to help you
• Before sending a reply or offer, you check the file for completeness
• After receipt of the order you make sure that it is entered correctly into the system
• You effortlessly solve logbook problems in GDIS (Global Data Items Setup)
• You manage returned goods

Jouw profie

• You are fluent in English
• You have a good command of MS Office products such as Word and Excel, although you do not need to be an expert
• Bachelor in logistics or supply chain management or equivalent through experience
• Working at least 2 days at the office in Eindhoven
• Knowledge of logistics flows
• At peak times you are flexible and able to handle the associated stress. Good time management and prioritization is important here
• You are very precise and meticulous and have an eye for detail
• Knowledge of ERP systems, warehouse and transport systems
• You are communicative and entrepreneurial and prefer oral communication
• We are looking for someone with 3 years of work experience in a similar position
