Our Clinical Development team is looking for a Clinical Development Event Coordinator able to assist with a variety of administrative tasks linked to compliance, internal event coordination and internal communication. As our new Clinical Development Event Coordinator you will be supporting the product experts for internal events, updating legal documentation, coordinating internal team communication and supporting the team to maintain an overview of the process while making adjustments as needed. Additionally, your role may include assisting on various department wide projects, writing of desk procedures, and other various administrative tasks. To succeed, you are able to work in a fast paced environment with periods of deliverables with short deadlines and bring in excellent interpersonal skills and enthusiasm with great attention to detail.
You will be based at our European office in Amersfoort (NL) and you will report to the Director Clinical Development.
Within the organization this position is known as Associate Clinical Development Operations Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities
- Support on Event coordination
- Document administration as per the internal processes (payments, contracts, request forms etc.)
- Coordinate travel arrangements, prepare itineraries, plan logistics, and submit expense reports / reimbursements as per internal processes
- Organization of meetings with relevant stakeholders
- Update and maintain relevant shared locations and communication channels such as folder structures, OneNote, Teams channels, trackers etc.
- Support organization wide projects as needed
- Bachelor’s degree level or equivalent experience
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar or related role
- Fluent oral and written communication skills in English
- Good knowledge of MS Office and Windows based computer applications, such as SAP or PLM and additional technical sites
- Experience working in an international and multidisciplinary environment is an advantage
- Knowledge of more European languages is preferred
