We are Sesé, a leading Spanish business organization in the comprehensive logistics sector. We have a team of more than 10,000 people in 20 countries and we are currently looking to recruit talent for our new warehouse in Amsterdam. The new warehouse is growing and we are searching for a Teamleader. Do you want to be part of this project? See below the job profile:
What are you going to do?
- As a team leader you provide daily operational management to a group of employees;
- In this position you are responsible for the coordination of logistics processes;
- You coordinate the different warehouse processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness;
- You manage and coach the employees in your team to optimize their performance, motivation and development;
- You ensure good and safe (internal) transport;
- You ensure the correct administrative handling of goods flows;
- Report and assist supervisor in all daily tasks;
- You work closely with the other Team Leaders.
Who are we looking for?
- You have an MBO work level;
- You are experienced in coaching employees;
- You have the necessary logistics experience in a managerial position;
- You have good communication skills and a professional, customer-oriented attitude;
- A good knowledge of the English language in word an writing;
- You are willing to work in shifts (including weekends/nights and public holidays).
