We have implemented fixed application windows and interview periods for our (Senior) Associate positions. This structured approach ensures clear deadlines and a predictable timeline, allowing you to plan and prepare effectively for each stage of the application. You will receive prompt feedback at designated decision points, enhancing the predictability and transparency of the process.

Our goal is to provide candidates with clarity and predictability throughout the application process. By understanding the timelines and what to expect at each stage, you can better prepare for your interviews. We strive to find the best solution for each individual and will be in contact with you at various stages to discuss what suits you best. Our recruiting team is dedicated to supporting you throughout the process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.

Please note that this process applies only to our (Senior) Associate positions. As an experienced professional applying for a consultant position, your interview process will not follow these fixed application windows. Regardless of the position you apply for, we are committed to working closely with you to establish an interview process that best suits your needs. Each candidate will be assessed based on individual performance, independent of the interview period.

Application Steps

There are five steps in the application process. Please read the following instructions carefully and make sure you submit the correct documents on time. The interviews take place in a hybrid format. Which means you have both virtual and interviews face to face at the Amsterdam office.

Please ensure you select Amsterdam as your 1st office preference if you’re applying for an Amsterdam based role.

Step 1: Online Application

For a complete application please provide the following documents:

• Resume
• High school transcripts
• Bachelor, Master certificates and lists of University grades.
• Cover letter (optional): It is not required to explain your motivation. If you wish to do so, you can use this cover letter to provide additional explanation about your profile and the provided documents.
  

Step 2: Online Assessment Environment

This consists of two parts:

• The online case is a virtual case experience consisting of a mix of qualitative questions, business logic, and analytical problem solving.
• The reasoning test is a virtual reasoning test in which you interpret graphs, draw quantitative conclusions based on available information and make calculations.

Step 3: First Round Interviews

The first round consists of two interviews:

• Two case interviews (60 min)

Step 4: Final Round Interviews

The final round consists of four interviews:

• A personality-based interview with a recruiter (45 min)
• Two case interviews (60 min)
• A written case (2,5h)

Step 5: Offer
Following this second round of interviews, we may decide to extend you an offer.
