Description

We are seeking upbeat, focused and well-organized person to help us to achieve our goals. As an Sales Assistant, you are responsible for handling the administrative work related to the sales department. You provide customers with quotations, process orders in the ERP system and confirm these to the customer. In addition, you are responsible for keeping the planning up to date and for communicating this both externally to the customer and internally to your colleagues.

Responsibilities:

· Assisting the sales department preparing customer quotations
· You are driving force in the cooperation between departments such as purchasing, engineering, export and sales handling the administrative working
· You are responsible for correct order processing from beginning to end
· Helping customers and sales department with quotations, purchasing, deliveries and other questions
· Creating and tracking sales orders, performing data entry tasks and responding to customer and prospect enquiries
· Order management: creating and processing orders in a timely manner, handling requests for rush orders and reviewing outstanding orders and customer requires to ensure customer satisfaction
· Set up customer accounts in the system and guide customers in on boarding
· Perform general administrative tasks and support the sales team
· Manage correct pricing

Required skills:

· MBO/ HBO degree or equivalent professional and intellectual ability (responsibility can be adjusted accordingly);
· Energetic, eager to learn, enthusiast, like dynamics and highly-motivated personality
· Excellent communication skills with an ability to communicate confidently with customers
· Responsibility, creativity, strong communication skills, persuasiveness, customer-oriented and flexible.
· Team player that exhibits a positive attitude
· Detail-oriented and process-driven mentality
· Sound time management and organization skills
· Strong listening skills and understanding of different buyer persona’s
· Fluent spoken and written English; Knowledge in Dutch will be a plus
· No 9-5 mentality

We are offering:

· A salary between € 2500 and € 2800 (based on a 38 hour workweek) depending on experience or education;
