What will you be doing?

Do you enjoy being in contact with people and helping them start their journey in the Netherlands? Are you detail-oriented and able to work independently?

If so, we have the perfect offer for you!

• Screen resumes and conduct telephone and video interviews to ensure a quality pool of temporary employees.
• Maintain contact with candidates before their arrival in the Netherlands.
• Maintain and develop good relationships with our recruitment partners from other countries.
• Oversee the onboarding process for new temporary workers.
• Create employee profiles in our internal system.

Who are we looking for?

• Previous experience with (temporary) recruitment.
• Excellent command of English (must). Knowledge of the Spanish language is an advantage
• You enjoy working with people and have strong communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. You are pro-active!
• Ability to work independently in a goal-oriented and structured manner.
• You have an eye for detail and are able to identify areas for improvement and take action.
• You can deal well with change and work under pressure.
• You are available 40 hours per week and are flexible. No 9-to-5 mentality we are a team!
