Leuk werk helaas via uitzendbureau Olympia ik heb al paar keer gevraagd per mail om rechtstreeks bij Teleperformance te werken uitzendbureau vind het geen probleem maar tot nu toe na 25 sollicitatie bij Teleperformance naar is van gehoord Mvg lolita v moorsel

Great place to work staff is knowledgeable helpful flexible they trry to work with you as far as your schedule they have a great mentoring on staff if you need additional coaching

Fast paced repetitive work

The job isn’t terrible , but If you’re SLC dept. It’s very busy so be strong minded and patient if you apply. Repetitive conversations but once you get the hang of it it gets easier

Most mgrs ok, but each allowed to want something different

Teleperformance handles many companies. Communicates HR processes online. Depending on your company, How you access that varies. In some jobs you can’t access that area of TP outside of the VM; you should be able to access YOUR company email, company handbook, hours, HR, etc from YOUR phone or personal computer at any time; not a supportive system & frustrating. I liked my mgr, but each team lead wants things done a little differently- & TP allows it!- needs to be strong data entry consistency from mgr to mgr on the same client; it should all be the same. You go through 8 weeks of training, then get on the floor & find your mgr/team lead wants specific different data entry points; three weeks of doc & system training, then 2 weeks honing skills would be sufficient, it’s overkill & you can throw out basically 2-3 weeks of training. The pay at some jobs is low; I’ve done less data entry, less screen toggling, & less data metrics for more $$.You ARE TIED to that desk, even though you’re at home. Other WAH servicers don’t experience this “tied to desk” issue, bc they’re allowed to use laptops & work from anywhere they can hook up to a modem; TP is not that way. Being “tied to that desk” is what we’re all trying to stop. Clients KNOW everyone works from home now, they understand; & it’s a good conversation opener! If you’re transitioning to at-home work, TP’s a good place to start; If you have a degree or a lot of CSR/WAH experience, maybe look elsewhere before settling.

It was fun, until the switch.

It was fun working at Teleperformance until they decided to switch clients from Sprint to Expedia. Most of my coworkers would agree. Now, the folks that have been switched over are actively looking for new jobs. At this point, if you didn’t go to Expedia on the date you were told, you would have been let go. There was no staying at Sprint until the companies contract was done. You also don’t have a choice at what other clients to go to also. Training at Expedia is like setting you up for failure. No one in my training class is learning anything valuable.

Teleperformance is a good company to work for, love some of the managers however whatever campaign you’re on requires a boat load of work for little money and if you aren’t doing what they want you to exactly how they want you to do it then you’ll have several action plans so that you’ll perform exactly how they want you to

i would never be able to describe how working for this company is terrible

working there is not stable at all shifts are terrible very few workers so lot of pressure managment is not responsive as we work from home very dissapointed

Fun but not quite equal

Atleast i could give it a shot because my first time in bpo company it gives me so much pressure and toxic environment the tenure must not be equal to people they give online harassment for the newbie especially me and i experienced it.

Its not an ideal place to work

The shifts are crazy although they provide transport for late shifts, the most horrible management I have worked with they're motto should here today hone tomorrow because management is always looking for reasons to fire people every day growth opportunities are scarce too.

Project Micromanagement

I would have a completely different view of my experience at Teleperformance if it were not for the ridiculously low “average handle time” (AHT) per call. The company associated with the project I am a part of seems to care more about money than customer service. I feel like I am micromanaged to the point my stress level is through the roof because of the constant demand to lower AHT. I have worked for other call centers and have never experienced the kind of poor treatment I experience with Teleperformance. I am a customer service focused person and am appalled that the fact that I take great care of my customers is not appreciated. I have literally saved customers from cancelling because they appreciate the attention I pay to taking care of their situation(s). Rather than a “thank you” I have only been given verbal and written warnings which will soon lead to termination if receiving anymore warnings, all because my AHT is about 100 to 200 seconds too long. I cannot recommend Teleperformance as a result.

If you enjoy talking on the phone, this place is for you.

If you enjoy talking, then this is the right place for you. The pay is decent and you'll mostly be in your own bubble. I didn't really enjoy it because it's constant calls back to back for however long you have to work. You only get a 30 minutes lunch too.

Avoid if you want your sanity. Training is dog, management is bipolar. Pay was beyond awful for the amount of work they want you to do. Overall just awful

Worst company I have worked ever they won't give importance who work hard they just give importance who work for managers and team leaders.In company they have all North Indian people where the managers everytime they have tobacco in the office and they don't know how to behave with employees and this company is caste based company they will just give priority to their caste 1stPlease please request you guys don't join this company

Good place to work

Great compensation, benefits, and company events. There may be instances when the company requires you to work late or from home.I get skills for being more patient.

Wasn’t good but wasn’t horrible

Policies are weird and training could’ve been better. You have to do a lot for the amount they start you off at. Half the time you bring an issue to management and they’re confused on what to make of it. But I did meet some cool people.
