Don’t do it. No work life balance no idea what shift u will be on each week even after you get a bid.. will be forced to work weekends with very short notice union is a joke

Decent place to work, pushed onto shifts and once on shifts its hard to get off them. Some people are very toxic and would rather watch you fail then teach you.

Your coworkers are great, benefits are subpar, and there isn't enough manpower. The workload will not balance itself. It's good for the security and vacation (6wks).

Dyskryminacja stałych pracowników, brak szacunku do nich - nowym stawki dają dużo większe, dla samodzielnych nie ma pieniędzy na podwyżki. Nie walczą o pracowników , liczy się sztuka . Co do kadry zarządzającej ... no coment . Na stołkach więcej siedzi niż pracuje na hali , zarządzającej Ci , którzy wgl nie mają o tym zielonego pojęcia. Spędziłem tam ponad 9 lat , więcej nie wytrzymałem. Jako sama praca w sobie , nie jest źle. Natomiast atmosfera jest najważniejsza w pracy a w obecnej chwili jej nie ma .

Very helpful people around workplace, good office culture and environment. Have couple of senior developer who mentors interns and juniors not even technical , also helps on presentations and other aspect too.Management is little stricted, have to have a formal dress code, but payment is good and have benefits also.

Was deceptive right from the interview. They don't tell you honestly how long it takes to earn job classes and move you to another job before you complete your hours. Management only gets involved for disciplinary action which usually results in termination. Profit sharing is the only thing worth bragging rights above any other company.

No support form management with a culture of complete competition with fellow employees that provides no insensitive to work together rather throw each other under the bus. Only good thing about working there was it was close to home other then that not worth it. Which is why I did not want to be hired on full time after my two years were up
