As a Sales Representative at Rentman you will be at the forefront of continuing our expansion strategy for the English and Spanish markets. You will play a crucial role in our business growth in this part of the world by contacting, qualifying, and closing inbound and outbound leads into successful Rentman customers.

You will be joining an international sales team that consists of 9 amazing people from 6 nations located in Utrecht and Toronto, Canada. All of us are highly motivated in selling the industry’s best product to event service providers and making their lives easier.

What are your responsibilities?

  • Conduct inside sales activities, including qualifying, calling, helping with the decision process and sealing the deal by phone and email
  • Give online demos and webinars of our tool to potential customers, and convince them with your awesome skills that Rentman is what they are looking for
  • Help new clients in your market with the initial phase of their onboarding journey
  • Prospect Outbound Leads whenever you have worked your magic on the inbound leads
  • Together with the sales team, research and think how we can improve our current sales processes and results
  • Identify new market opportunities for the business and communicate this within the team
  • Gather product feedback to make our product perfectly fit for the English and Spanish speaking market
  • Represent the company at trade shows and other industry events

How your first year will look like
First 3 months: you will focus on learning everything there is to know about Rentman: understand our software, processes, the teams and of course get to know our customers. You will complete an intensive onboarding program and trainings.You get to know the sales process from head to toe to get you ready for your first deals! You will reach out to potential customers who create a free trial on the software and show them why Rentman is the right solution for them. To help those customers with the decision process you demo the software and show them what we’re all about.

After 6 months: you have helped customers and made their lives easier with your awesome sales skills. You increase your sales results and ramp up to be at the same level as your colleagues. You are ready to expand your tasks with giving webinars and onboarding new customers. Together with the sales team you work on improvement projects.

After 12 months: you master the inbound sales process, know exactly what our potential customers need and why Rentman is the solution for them. Now it’s time to take on some outbound activities too, such as seek out, call and qualify new leads and business opportunities. Next to that you represent Rentman on trade shows and help us grow even further!

What are we looking for?

  • Excellent English and Spanish professional proficiency, written and verbally
  • You have sales experience, preferrably in SaaS, and get motivated by results
  • You are target driven and know how to take initiative, generate and follow-up on leads and build customer pipelines
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; reaching out by phone is something you prefer over emailing
  • Curious and logical thinker: able to quickly identify challenges that clients and prospects are facing
  • Entrepreneurial and excited about expanding the English speaking and Spanish market
  • Ideally, you have experience in the event production industry or have sold SaaS before
